This gas is a biproduct of Russian steel manufacturing and then purified in Ukraine. Our steel industry is gone. We don't have those facilities to produce this gas. China can easily and quickly make adjustments to produce this gas since they have strong steel industry.
Russia also provides 35% of the palladium metal used in sensors and memory products made here in US.
The point is it is not just your oil, there are other products from Russia that Biden or whoever can not sanction. Otherwise your life will be very miserable.
