I think they are trying in good faith to keep the school open as it’s the best education forum.
They also put to much faith in their students IMHO. Kids and even young adults aren’t fully mature at that age. They want to party and score like we did.
Hope there is no Declan Sullivan out of this.

They have such a large transfer class coming in, she is going to be in a hotel near campus until this is over (Nov 4th). c classes online and 2 in person. Her fall softball season has been canceled. Hard to explain to a kid that professionals are playing, certain colleges are practicing and they are canceled.
