Early detection is the best cure for cancer.
Upon turning 50, I had a colonoscopy. Have stayed ahead of the math since.
Getting a PSA test every year beginning in your late 30s is also prudent. Build a database. If the slope changes, prostate cancer can be detected very early and handled.
I get both the colonoscopy and the endoscopy....as long as you're out might as well get both done
