1) Should police assume that people of color are a greater threat to officer safety?
2) Do we want free and fair elections?
3) Should minors (< age 18) be allowed to possess firearms absent parental supervision (e.g. hunting)?
4) Should the rule of law apply to US Presidents?

That was easy.
The last one has executive exceptions in the constitution for excellent reasons. I support those constitutional laws as well. Thus I support the rule of law that applies to presidents - whether Bush or Carter, etc - be applied to all presidents.
Question for you - Yes or no: Do you oppose the constitution as written presently?

explain why bill clinton isn't in prison for perjury.
Had Clinton been charged and convicted of perjury, it is unlikely a judge would impose a prison sentence for a single count of perjury at a deposition regarding a question of marital infidelity in a civil suit.
he lied under oath. is that not perjury in your legal world?
1) He was impeached.
2) The federal judge imposed a $90k fine for contempt of court in civil suit.
3) The matter was referred to to Arkansas bar, leading to 5 year suspension and forced Clinton to resign from the US Supreme Court bar.
