Not the Law School Faculty. Probably the left wing attention whores jealous there was someone worthy of the Supreme Court bench among them.
“ Faculty members of the University of Notre Dame wrote a letter asking Amy Coney Barrett to "halt" her Supreme Court nomination process until after the November presidential election. “
“In an open letter to Barrett, the faculty noted her nomination comes amid a tense 2020 election in which voters are already casting ballots.”

Or they wrote a fairly respectful, if quixotic, open letter.
I know a bunch of people who teach at ND. None signed that letter. Tells me it was probably led by campus weirdos. They exist everywhere.
It’s also a betrayal of family over politics. It should never be tolerated on either side.
This is a great day for Our Mother's university.
These losers just exposed themselves as such. They can't even take off their blinders long enough to celebrate such a momentous event for Notre Dame. They remind me of Duke's Hateful 88, who were rightfully exposed.
Edit: typo

Better academically- hilariously more qualified.
Better in real world success - not one of these tweed wearing penny loafers can hope to match a circuit court judge in real world experience and success.
Better as a person. Any of these people putting their money where their mouth is to adopt some needy children?
Better at diversity - see above mentioned children from Haiti she adopted
Better at being liked - how many of these losers could get an entire department of people to sign a unanimous letter of support from both sides of the aisle under any circumstance, much less when the job that she is applying for is the most political job in the land?
Better as a Notre Dame family member - we never do this to our own, ever. I am willing to bet that hardly any of these people (if any at all) actually went to Notre Dame rather than just work there now.
Better at living life - her enemy told her “the dogma burns brightly in your life”. There could have been no greater u intentional compliment than this, and none of the singers of this letter would get it.
Better as an American who respects the will of the 2016 and 2018 voters. These chalk monkeys had no problem with accepting the 2018 House of Representatives election results when it came to impeachment efforts. But now they want to push off the 2018 Senate election results to 2020 because they didn’t like the results.
Sry for the edits - my Apple device spellcheck was going crazy.
