What better way to each the returns.
It will be low cal beer for me, no sugars. Have considered a low carb rum or bourbon diet, but beer is easier to get in my state.
Why not just skip breakfast?
Not sure how, have the medical community in disbelief. If I start drinking at 8 AM and do not quit I can avoid all my insulin shots. We shall see what my liver has to say in the future
