And how do you feel about Dem governors impeding the distribution of the vaccine?
I am well on record that the way we're handling this is completely wrong. But I also recognize the obvious, that we are not going to return to normal unless some sort of vaccine is developed. Thus, my small part in trying to end this nightmare.

I have never gotten a flu shot and never will. I'll take the risk with a 99% survivable virus. It will be up to my family what they decide. It a choice that we all have to make. If people in Dem states want the vaccine and their Governor won't let them have it, they need to do something about it the next time the election rolls around.
For those who are older it gets progressively worse (see link from CDC). Also, while you may choose to take whatever risk your demographic carries, you are unavoidably part of the "community" and your behavior affects others...so, until "V-Day", we all need to be steadfast in practicing COVID-19 mitigation.

But more power to you, tough guy.

you asshole. It's a choice that I am making. Like the choice you will make to get it. I won't hold it against you but for some reason, you cannot get this through you head.
ryone. Do what they tell you, sit down and shut up. Oh, and yeah, be sure to work your ass off, so more of your wealth can be redistributed to those less fortunate than you.
You're so right about just do what they say because it's the only way. Idiots, all of them.
A triple digit IQ suffices there.
Like I have said multiple times, if my kids and wife want it, I will drive them to get it and fully support their choice. For some dumbass reason, the professor doesn't seem to get that I am making the choice that I feel is best for me. If it turns out bad, so be it, but it's still my choice.

From the linked report...
"In keeping with guidance from the Food and Drug Administration, the companies will not file for an emergency use authorization to distribute the vaccine until they reach another milestone: when half of the patients in their study have been observed for any safety issues for at least two months following their second dose. Pfizer expects to cross that threshold in the third week of November."
Additionally, there are significant challenges to be dealt with in the distribution/supply chain aspects of this medication.
One more thing...even with no 'hiccups', the vaccine won't be available for the general population until a few months from now...take a look at my reply to your earlier posting on the impending vaccine...there's much to be done by everyone in the interim.

Just kidding...though hoping a better vaccine is developed that has less side effects and doesn't require two doses before I'm eligible.
