If you have Apple TV Plus, Ted Lasso is terrific. Have heard good things about Tehran, — next in my queue.
Ramy on Hulu is very good. Terrific cast. Two seasons thus far.
The Crown (Netflix) continues to be outstanding, improving each season. 4 total thus far.
Endeavor (Amazon) has been around. But, it is a great BBC show about a detective in Oxford during the 1970’s. Good show to watch, but not made to binge.
I did watch The Undoing on HBO. One season, six episodes. Talented cast, but sloppy far fetched script, especially for anyone who has ever tried a criminal case. This is a pass. I would give it a 6.8 on a 1-10 scale. Willing to discuss more under a separate “Spoiler Alert” thread.
...and objectionable (in the legal sense).
They had a good cast but wasted it.
Saw the opening episode of David Kelley's network offering "Big Sky"... and it looked too stupid to continue with...
As if trial lawyers are allowed to give opinions and argument to the jury while examining witnesses;
As if a skilled defense lawyer would put the scorned wife on the stand as the last defense witness after having the case teed up for a Not Guilty verdict, knowing the wife's 911 call would come in to evidence + open the door to any marital issues;
As if the prosecution would not put the 911 call into evidence in their case;
As if Mr. Sociopath would lack the wherewithal to dispose of the bludgeon;
And the best yet, as if the defense lawyer would feel it was ethically OK to give counsel to three family members about Hindering Prosecution/Obstruction of Justice re the discovery of the apparent murder weapon.

Didn't even bring up the murder weapon...because the treatment of that was so laughable.
It's great to have a show where you can genuinely root for a really kind, decent person. It helps that the show is well written. Clever, funny, thoughtful.
Can't wait for Season 2 and 3.
I just finished Britannia. Too much supernatural hokum - and not enough Roman army stuff - for my taste. But really well done.

We saw that in our early days of bingeing

Queens Gambit also recently finished, currently struggling to find a show. Feel like I have finished everything. Waiting on the next season of The Last Kingdom

We have found the shows that last 7-10 seasons are hit or miss. Most start to get quite ridiculous. We liked the variety, the geographic diversity, etc. Some of the storylines were tough to swallow.

Very good show. Agree on Bosch as well. Excellent show. Try Goliath as well.
Like Ozark and Schitts Creek. But neither are rewatchable to me. Random shows like The 100 kept my interest though

Poldark is good. 5 seasons in total. If you like the BBC shows about Noble families, you would like this. Centers around a man at the time when he returns to his lands in England from the American Revolution.
The White Princess (War of The Roses) is good too.
Also good:
The Last Czar
War and Peace
Really loved the red head
Unfortunately, I think she’s the only one in the entire series that doesn’t go nude.

I watched Season 4 of Fargo. Not blown away but it was watchable. Chernobyl on HBO is freaking unreal if you haven't seen it, do so immediately. Heard a lot of The Queens Gambit but have yet to get into it. Same for Tehran. Mercedes Man as well.
Miraculous The Adventures of Lady Bug girl consumes a great deal of my TV viewing at the moment. Damn kids!
It definitely grew on me. The positivity of it, especially when you're talking the EPL and the absurdity of an American college football coach managing a team, is a rarity these days.
Looking forward to season 2.
