The initial hurdle is whether the case will even be heard. The last state v state case was not! It involved a claim that Colorado's lack of control of ts legalization of marijuana was harming neighboring states. By a 7-2 vote the appeal was simply declined. However, three of the justices who voted to decline have been replaced. On the other hand, Scalia was on the side of the declining justices. Of course, vote integrity is a little more important than getting stoned... for most people.

What is a little distressing is that this may set a precedent that will incentivise future mail in ballot shenanigans and competition between the parties for who can harvest the most ballots.I mean... surely the Republicans can find a way to gather all the ballots from their districts that might otherwise never have been sent back in and have them cast in favor of their candidates. No?

There has been no real evidence brought forth of widespread voter fraud. Trump could have had the election had he been able to keep his mouth shut for six months. He could not do it. It's over.
The issue is the legality of using mail in ballots without legislative authorization. I live in Michigan and I knew Trump would lose the second these were mailed out. They were harvested and there were no signature verifications of the returned ballots. So you are correct.. there is no evidence!

and ran with it. Voter fraud in one state for sure. How can Trump win 52% of the first 4.6 million votes cast in one state and then a truck arrives with 168,000 ballots with 98% of them being for Biden. Mathematical impossibility.

But I will take Biden if anyone wants to give me these odds.
