a black man is shot in the back? They should have listened to the police. Well, she shouldn't have been there.
But that isn't the same thing. She was part of an armed insurrection on the Capitol. She knew what she was getting into. She knew ahead of time
there would be Secret Service and Capitol police there who would defend the gov't with the use of lethal force. It's very sad she was shot and died
of her wounds.
She died because she believed the lies of Donald J. Trump, the lies of Rudy Giuliani and the lies of Trumps confederates who
used the loss in the election to make money by lying to the followers. The mob became terrorists once they prepared with weapons
to attack the Capitol and had she and the rest been Muslims, they all would have been gunned down at the foot of the Capitol.
The rest were fortunate to come out of this alive - but in the end, 5 didn't survive including a policeman who was bludgeoned to death
by the attacker terrorists you support.
over democracy according to Nancy Pelosi.

"Five people are dead, and it could’ve easily been more. You beat a police officer to death and injured others. You set up a gallows and chanted “hang Mike Pence.” While some goofy attention-seekers attracted the most focus at first, it’s increasingly clear that some who stormed the Capitol, likely members of far right militias, were searching for Vice President Pence, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, and other national leaders, and would’ve killed them if they had the chance. That’s terrorism, fortunately thwarted by Capitol security and luck.
Compare that to, for example, riots this past summer. Looting is bad, but it’s a problem for police and insurance companies. Trying to burn down a police station or courthouse is worse, but that too is a law enforcement problem, perhaps one requiring federal assistance. Storming the Capitol, forcefully hindering the execution of U.S. law, and trying to kill top elected officials is a national security problem."

That woman is not a martyr. Unless you support what she was doing.
But yes, I can contemplate this both on its' own and in the context of recent history as well as long term history. In all three cases, this is unacceptable and terrible.
In order to be able to justify this killing where a pole, a taser, a shield, or rubber bullets would all have been an option instead of a bullet to the heart, you seek to separate this incident in a vacuum form all of the other similar events that you have been outraged about so that you don't have to be consistent. I wish that you would just take back that regrettable post. But if you really believe what you said, it fits with your acceptance of political speech censorship and unwillingness to simply appoint an investigation committee to evaluate for vote tampering to prevent it in the future.
If you are supportive of shooting your opponents, then censoring and cheating your opponents is quite easy to get behind.
