I was wrong. Biden had 3 (not 2) massive and dangerous gaffes on his trip to Poland. Utterly unfit.
1) He said to reporters that if the Russians used chemical weapons, that we would respond “in kind”. Holy crap!
2) He told troops that they would see the bravery of Ukrainians when they got over there - he clearly thought that our soldiers he was addressing would be deployed into Ukraine and told them that they would be despite many other advisors saying that wouldn’t happen.
3) He said that Putin cannot be allowed to stay in power - either clearly tipping his hand as to his admins plans wrt Putin or clearly showing that he doesn’t have a clue about what he is doing since Blinken has said multiple times that they were not looking for regime change. This last incompetent statement was incredibly dangerous with the ever more desperate Putin.
Biden is utterly unfit. The excuse that “ he has always had a history of gaffes” doesn’t cover it. His handlers cannot control his environment as closely as the debates and WH media sessions where the simply cut the feed.
Anyone who keeps abreast of the news and claims that he is in charge is lying and they know it privately. This guy is dangerous and clearly out of the policy decision-making loop.

The speech was good overall. That line was an unforced error.
