will get his way if he wants it. Now as to what he wants, the twitter proceedings last month described in my Bloomberg article clearly point to his plan. What he says in his filing is almost assuredly standard fare for ensuring the deal is completed.
You might be right Iggle, but Musk was pretty vocal about Twitter not being run fairly...to the point that he was thinking of his own start up.
He probably doesn't care about the SEC as he has had run-ins before. Nevertheless, he has opened himself up to problems if he now begins to push for changes in their strategy.
