Perhaps the most notable thing about Stelter is that at one point he was gone from his show for a couple weeks and his show had better ratings than when he was present. This is a serious reversal from what went on for the past few decades. I think the left became rigid and humor attracts those tendencies
I can tell you how it plays out with Gen Z: the kids who are edgy are the ones who mock all things Woke. They're now the cool kids.
