can now expect “peaceful protests” in front of their homes before a final decision is given?
The law on both is quite clear, it apparently is applied only in one direction.
Regarding Churches, we have seen similar events against just one Temple or church treated as a hate crime with much publicity of the penalty for the crime. But here it happens across the country….and still no response.
Regarding the justices, the final decision has not been given. A Justice can still change a vote. And there is specifically a law on the books against any protest - peaceful or not - in front of their homes:
The Biden Administration will not enforce the laws of protection for the benefit of practicing Catholics.
They will also ignore the law to their political benefit (see the border) in violation of their oath.
One of Obama Admin’s great lies was claiming that Merrick Garland was a moderate SCOTUS pick.

Desecration of any place of worship is unacceptable...but to portray 1, or even 10 incidents as an
out of control situation is simply "fear mongering"...there are over 20,000 Catholic Churches in the U.S., and thus far on the order of 0.1% of them has suffered such a fate...so let's get back to why this is happening and deal with that...

Don't know if you saw this, but the 1776 Project elected conservatives to school boards all
across America, partly in response to Merrick Garland targeting school board parents with the full force of the FBI and NSA.
The most productive thing a conservative can do is run for local office. Now these schools will hopefully be free of CRT, masking of toddlers, etc.
