There was a leak to the WSJ the week before
It involved internal scotus deliberations. It warned that the 5-justice majority was wavering.
The same person probably leaked the full document. To pressure that majority to stay together.
The Dems would have probably preferred the firestorm to start in July, closer to the midterms.
It was a conservative who leaked it. I believe I had that.

I don’t know. Are judicial documents & deliberations classified? Or is this just a tradition, not a rule? Honest question.
From what I have read, it is a federal crime to interfere in the administration of justice.
This would qualify for trial, at least.
But I am not a lawyer.
The documents themselves were not classified. Depends how obtained and if leaker converted them for
their own benefit.
