While the author takes great pains to stress that there is "no evidence" vote totals were changed, cyber security experts acknowledge it is indeed possible at present.

However let's entertain your line of thinking. You guys automatically assume a "vulnerability" helps the Dems. You don't hear Dems saying "that's why Trump got 73 million votes" do you? There are more registered Ds in this country then Rs. It's called voter turn out and it's why Rs do everything possible to diminish it. DVS just conducted an election in GA but I don't hear R's claiming fraud this time do you?
Lastly, this part of the article appears to be your blockbuster gotcha moment but it's weak sauce through and through:
CISA Executive Director Brandon Wales said in a statement that “states’ standard election security procedures would detect exploitation of these vulnerabilities and in many cases would prevent attempts entirely.” Yet the advisory seems to suggest states aren’t doing enough. It urges prompt mitigation measures, including both continued and enhanced “defensive measures to reduce the risk of exploitation of these vulnerabilities.” Those measures need to be applied ahead of every election, the advisory says, and it’s clear that’s not happening in all of the states that use the machines.
…now that the election is safely past and some face can be recovered?!
Typical.

Come on man! You know better than that.
