the audience for Sunday Night Football. That figure does not include streaming services."
some members of this board should not consider changing careers to be TV producers...of course, those at FOX did the right thing to stay in business...no sense exposing their viewership to the truth and losing a healthy chunk of them.

That's what will stir the voters in November. Not some made for TV Netflix drama. Viewers also watch The Bachelor and The Kardashians in huge numbers. Most likely the same viewers who watched the Impeachment 3.0 extravaganza.
Imagine the ratings for that.
Will Joe's polls go up? Will the Dems hold the House? Will the DOJ indict Trump? Or will this all be forgotten in the next news cycle?
IMO the gravity of Trump's offenses are too great not to result in an indictment, and this first "Episode" laid a firm foundation for bringing charges...he clearly had "Corrupt Intent"...so, yes, I believe the DOJ will indict him...
As for Biden or the Mid-Terms...there are a lot of other issues that will come into play...i.e. the economy, inflation, Putin, Roe v. Wade, etc...but these hearings could hurt GOP candidates if they continue to support Trump...especially in "purple" districts/states.
Since there are five more episodes to go, the hearings won't likely be forgotten until July, unless the GOP can come up with an impressive distraction...even so, 'loyalty to Trump' vs. 'loyalty to Democracy and the Rule of Law' will become a bit of a "shibboleth" in the Fall...how much so will depend on the quality of the Dems communications.
midterms. They’ll be thinking about the 20 bucks they spent in gas just to drive to vote.
330M citizens were thinking of Jan. 6th yesterday evening ;-).
For sure winners there.

You should listen to the attorneys. Better handle on the legal implications! Not a court room, Lol :-)
as for "Twitchy"...here's an excerpt from their Wiki page...
"Twitchy is a conservative website "revolving around provocative commentary on Twitter."[5] The website aggregates tweets, creating stories and organizing them into short posts.[6] The site has seven full-time employees and two-part-time writers who live in different areas of the United States. According to editor Lori Ziganto, the site "can produce 40 to 45 stories on a busy day."[citation needed]"...
