With the SC leak, we’ve been getting lots of questions on abortion, because I guess we have a lot of promiscuous ladies in the ranks, so we’ve been looking into it. So info …
- In a population of 18k, our med plan covered 20 abortions in 2022 so far, 18 chemical and 2 procedural
- Company cost for procedural is $800-$1000, less than $100 per chemical
- The med plan will cover one procedural per calendar year unless medically necessary (cause you know, don’t be a ho)
- We also cover birth control
- Rates of abortion during the pandemic decreased (cause people weren’t getting down); and are now increasing
- We’re considering paying for people to travel out of their home state with extra PTO if abortion becomes illegal in the state (our CEO is a lefty) - this is a significant minority trend in our benchmarking (seems like an opportunity for abortion tourism)
- The HR bleeding hearts haven’t yet developed a travel policy on point, but they’ll need to be reined in lest they bankrupt the company killing babies
- We also cover through the med plan most ED drugs (for the bosses and their ladies)
- Outside of the C-suite and senior exec class (where testicles and solid decision making still rule the day), our population is about 60% female
There’s a 71% chance our CEO will want to put this on LinkedIn or twitter or some shit like that once the decision is made, patting himself on the back for supporting women’s rights.
Get a few appletinis in the staff and laissez le bon temps roule!!!
Women’s empowerment and all that.

abet” aspects of so some of the laws like Texas. If you have employees is Texas like we do, executives could be charged with crimes for assisting employees to travel from Texas to New Mexico for abortions.
What surprised me from looking at the data is the high rate of chemical abortions versus procedural.

It will require travel expenses and other non prenatal care expenses also.
Frankly, I would tell your company not to participate in the process since anyone in the company making these decisions is morally complicit with the act.
As an aside, the abortion industry has always been about high profit. What do you think that the restriction on access will allow them to do with their charges? The costs of your companies participation in the killing of unborn is going to go up a lot - potentially soon, while I can tell you that if I knew about your policy as a customer, I would avoid you. I’d have no intention of funding that nor working with a company that facilitates the taking of human life.
On the other hand, you will have enabled a group of employees willing to turn in forms for your company to pay for their abortions….I am sure those employees are just the kind of low maintenance employees that will be no hassle for you down the road (heavy sarcasm).
Lives. It’s disconcerting the abandonment of personal responsibility.

Evil will do whatever it takes to make sure babies can be killed at will. It really is amazing the lengths they will go to.
I've also read though that legislation is being considered that will hold companies liable though for enabling travel for the purposes of murdering babies.
This is a battle that is long overdue. Interesting times.
I mean, if it is illegal in one place, people should have their travel compensated by their logic.
……..didn’t we just see a settlement against Geico in a recent thread that was less related than here wrt lawsuits?
The Left will have real conflict with this given their views on torts.
You’re right about how far the Left will go to, protect their ability to kill the innocent. Sadly, it has become their evil sacrament. Human sacrifice dressed up to look modern.
