My thoughts are - if you commit a crime, I expect the FBI or law enforcement to exercise their authority.
Trump appears to have broken the law, so I expect law enforcement to act accordingly.
The Law sought out a warrant from a federal magistrate and because it was seen as, with cause, the judge
