One set of documents is listed as “Various classified TS/SCI documents,” a reference to top secret/sensitive compartmented information, a highly classified category of government secrets, in addition to the four sets of top-secret papers. Agents also took three sets of documents classified as secret, and three sets of papers classified as confidential — the lowest level of classification.

The question remains..."What was DJT doing with Top Secret documents in his home"...(cue the comparison with Hillary Clinton and three poorly marked 'Confidential emails")
Also, why didn't Trump include these documents with those that were returned earlier...and ignore a subpoena for them?

Statures and laws can be quite vague and open to interpretation. It can be infuriating. There's A LOT that's going to go into this. And the volume of the documents could be a factor. I believe the number in Obamas situation was over 30,000.
