white. The wording from the recent teachers union agreement with the school district states:
"if excessing a teacher who is a member of a population underrepresented among licensed teachers in the site, the district shall excess the next least senior teacher, who is not a member of an underrepresented population."
So, sorry, if you are white and have 20 years of experience in the school system but there is a fellow teacher of an under-represented race with 1 year of experience and some one has to be "excessed" (fancy word for fired), the white teacher has to go.

If you watch anything on scripted TV/commercials, the US population breaks down as follows:
Black: 40%
Asian: 7%
Hispanic: 10%
Female: 65%
Gay: 33%
Bisexual: 50%
Male: 35%
White male: 10%
Straight white male: 3%
It used to be that white males were desirable mates. But scripted TV and US media are doing their best to sabotage that. Kinda crazy how people are so easily manipulated.
Try counting on PBS networks and yes, the white males are characterized as bumbling limp wristers.

The Left seems to want to stop this, though, by increasing racial tensions.
And by encouraging segregation. Racial tensions are like diesel fuel for their political engine.
The issue is not actually race. The races get along quite well in suburbia, and blacks are successful there. Black immigrants are successful at rates that far outpace non-immigrant urbanites.
The issue is big city urban culture that encourages people to behave in ways that lead others not to want to hire them. Suburbanites (black or white, there is no difference) generally encourage their kids to behave in employable ways, and to work hard to obtain the most profitable employment they can. Urbanites often do not do this...and some ruralites as well...which puts them at a disadvantage.
The difference is american-sub-cultural, not racial. Blacks can easily succeed in America; urbanites often have a harder time.
The good news is that once behavior changes, prosperity comes.

For most of the history of the species there was only one race. It's foolish for anyione to obsess about it, left or right.
It's easy to say it will resolve itself, but it's increasing and disturbing. Consider this:
Recently, the pejorative terms Karen and Ken have entered the lexicon. They are demeaning and racist terms for whites. Would we refer to black adults as Jemima and Sambo. How would the media react to that? Hate speech!
How about a recent video clip that showed an argument between a Hispanic guy and a white woman. He kept referring to her as a " colonizer." Wow! Another anti- white bigoted term has arisen.
How about a SimpliSafe home protection commercial? A goofball white robber, named " Robbert Larson ", sits between two police officers, one Hispanic and one black. Yeah, right, the white guy's a jerk and robber at the same time. Cool. Fits the liberal narrative.
These are just some examples of the ongoing denigration of whites in America today. If there are no objections or if no one calls them on this, it will just continue and grow.
Why in the whole wide world of sports would anyone need protection from a "Robert Larson," type?
