engage in, so there's no need to wonder about it...btw, there's a simple chart in there that you can print out and put on your refrigerator for all to see. Once you've studied it carefully, you'll notice that the Bidens and Carters were acting in accordance (inside), but a bit overly cautious outside...but hey, where's the harm?
If you want even more detail on the importance of mask wearing...especially inside...check out the MIT Report that Baron was kind enough to provide us with. Frankly, I'm surprised that after posting it he hasn't come down hard on all 'mask-deniers'...go figure.

Are you really saying the CDC says we can go visit strange elderly people without masks, but that we have to wear masks outside?
If so, then that is enough for me. The CDC has jumped the shark, and need not be listened to anymore.
Before posting, I Googled "Can fully vaccinated couples from different households meet indoors
without masks?"...and this is the answer I found...immediately...
"Can I hang out indoors mask-free with my friends if we are all fully vaccinated? Yes, please do! Now in all candor I must admit that while the Bidens are known to have been fully vaccinated, I do not know if the 90-something, former President and his wife have been fully vaccinated...but I'm going to take that leap of faith and assume they were not overlooked as vaccines were being targeted toward that demographic.
I'm not suggesting that you become a liberal (we need both views)...just find something more substantive to complain about...e.g. the content of Biden's Infrastructure Bill...it deserves much serious discussion.

Most of my ND friends are liberal. I don't really talk politics a lot away from this board...I'm sure that is hard to believe.
My family is mostly conservative, but if I tried to visit my in-laws without a mask, the liberal branch of the family would be outraged.
I gotcha...yeah, it's all a bit confusing and hard to keep up with...I try not to bug our family
experts either too much since they've got enough going on, but I'm asking them the same sorts of questions just to be sure we're doing the right thing and can socially connect with them and the G-kids, which thankfully we've been able to do (hugs, etc.).
Back to the Bidens & Carters...the determining factor is being "fully vaccinated"...not whether they are old...or 'Really Old'...a small group indoor gathering without masks or social distancing is A-OK and encouraged...what a medium or large group looks like is not clear...so many variables...left to 'reasonable judgement' (my term). When it comes to outdoor masking, you are entering an "unknown environment" as to who is vaccinated or not...caution would dictate wearing a mask...if only to convey a good example...i.e. "When in doubt...wear your mask" (again, my words only).
Speaking specifically wrt the Bidens, the photo doesn't show where they were headed next...if it was to a larger gathering, or mixing closely with others who are not known to be fully vaccinated, they were likely doing the right thing.
Given the CDC guidelines, you'd have to admit that the Bidens did not cause harm with their examples. BTW, the more I read about masking (e.g. Baron's MIT Report...I'm not 'ragging' on him...this time) the more I am impressed with the role/effectiveness that small mitigating factor has.
