simplistic assumptions unwarranted.

The JCPOA was working just fine, but DJT knew better…either that, or he didn’t want to run afoul of his “Handler”…the guy he’s still praising for invading Ukraine.

with the deal from Iran...all for the 'price' of returning frozen Iranian money back to them....i.e. not one dime of ours. (the reason for a "Pallet of Cash" is an almost humorous sidelight of zero
importance.)
The alternatives to a deal involve armed conflict with too many players to count...is the current Ukrainian War not enough for you?
And there are no underground nuclear development sites in Iran and the mullahs are entiely trustworthy.
one that touches on your concern over 'secret' facilities...
-----------------------------
"By reimplementation day, Iran would have to fulfill its commitments to the IAEA regarding its ongoing investigation into enriched uranium found at undeclared nuclear sites in Iran. That means Iran would give the IAEA a credible response as to the source of that uranium, and the IAEA would, in turn, close the probes."
-----------------------------
Israel and others in the ME will continue to carry out their own intelligence and 'interdiction' programs, but we'll be able to verify that Iran has scaled back it's nuclear enrichment efforts...that's a very good thing. Unfortunately, the saga is not over and more effort will be required...such is life in the real world.

In 2026, the restrictions on using centrifuges, including advanced ones, begin to expire, gradually until 2028.
In 2030, the Iran deal expires entirely, without limits on uranium enrichment, on stockpiling, heavy water reactors, or plutonium.
And we know that we can trust them because; "Since the conclusion of the JCPOA, Iranian political and military leaders have stated that they will never allow IAEA inspectors to access military sites, a position completely at odds with the provisions of both the JCPOA and Iran’s Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement."

Uranium in 2023 for multiple devices...is this "Perfect"?...no...but a deal won't be the end of efforts to further constrain them...once again, Trump left us very little time to clean up after him.

The Euros did this to themselves by denying reality.
We are in danger of doing the same.

The question is - what did he give them for the temprary increased production to drop gas prices until the midterms?
