significantly higher in TX than in CA...and somewhere on the order of 700 Texans died due to their winter grid failure (no connection to the 'outside world')...something's wrong with that video...why is that?...Oh, I know...it's because it was made without consideration of the FACTS...where have I seen that before?
Do a board search with my name and the the Mayor of San Jose's name "Liccardo"...he wrote an excellent article on this issue, along with suggestions on remedies.
CA is a beautiful, vibrant, diverse and economically productive state...small wonder why its population has grown...and the cost of living risen...especially for those without special skills, or just getting started in their careers.
into the state...makes perfect sense for many firms to relocate to less appealing environments like Texas (spend a summer there if you think it's as attractive as CA)...however, the 'Start Up' infrastructure in CA, especially in the Bay Area is second to none, so with some much needed improvements in the housing arena (see 'Liccardo' posts) this exodus can be stemmed.
Right now, CA is a victim of its successes...

And California's "success" applies to a very limited part of the state and the population.
It's true that Silicon Valley networking is thriving... but that does not bring businesses to the state because those startup companies place their plants and oersonnel in more business friendly venues.
I did grad school at Cal and lived in the Bay Area in the late 70s and early 80s when it was the most beautiful and liveable plase in the country and maybe the world. Now it is in serious decay in so so many ways.
Maybe that was inevitable but having a one party woke government has only exacerbated the process.
"So how much easier is it to live in Texas? The median-priced home in the tech hub of Austin is $562,000, compared to $1.6 million in California’s tech hubs of San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Because of these exorbitant housing costs, incomes adjusted for the cost of living are much higher in Austin than in San Francisco. Check out Zillow’s “for sale” listings for Austin—and also Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio—and you will see a plethora of new construction. For San Francisco? We checked and couldn’t find any such listing."
It all starts with Housing...
We moved to the Bay Area in the mid-70's when a young Engineer and Social Worker could afford a home that is now beyond the means of similar couples...that is the biggest expense by far that any couple has, so that's the #1 reason for them choosing another state with much lower housing costs...and companies that are trying to hire qualified employees.

state is a hot bed for high tech, etc...lots of funding and infrastructure (experienced in startups) that attracts many ambitious people who want to be part of the 'action'...compensations are high, and so are home prices...
You likely haven't seen my post a few months ago on an article that the Mayor of San Jose (Sam Liccardo, Dem) wrote regarding the housing problem...criticized local and state regulations (from his party)...do a board search of my posts with his name in the "word field"...not afraid to call out mistakes that need correction.
ombine that will a poor road system and you have a housing issue

absolutely nothing to do with the subject matter...
fyi...I already posted a reply to that link of yours earlier...bottom line, the logic in that article is bogus...i explain why...read it.
I did. I answered. It's not bogus. It's spot on. YOUR CHURCH EXPLAINED WHY. You and Padre Jenkins are off. Don't worry. It's dry heat.
Fun to watch you get so angry though. Good luck.

Boy, you are getting angry. I can see that having your entire belief system crumbling would be troubling for you. Too bad you built on a poor foundation.
And to put your mind at ease, I am confident everyone else is quite pleased with you being disemboweled. No one really likes you. But its of your own doing. Call it what you like.
"Discussion will get heated at times, but limit personal attacks. Persistent "stalking" of other posters across threads will not be permitted."...
note your acknowledgement that in this case you had nothing to share regarding the subject matter of the thread...that's what's called "Trolling".
As for who is getting "heated"...compare and contrast the language in our respective posts.
What about constantly replying to someone you know has you on ignore? Is that stalking a poster across threads?
Cheerio Ty. You were at once a worthy opponent. Who knew you'd cave so easily? Wee lamb.
I’m sure you are shaking in your shoes.
