I will vote for Trump in primary if he runs. This is a protest vote. But unlike other protest votes, it is still my serious vote, not a cynical vote. A long time family friend who is a die hard conservative, told me she's going to vote for Trump too in the primary.

No they’re not. They undercount the Trump effect.
He underpolls by 3-4% - new people show up to vote. They’ll probably adjust in 2024.
That means the GOP does 3-4% better when Trump is on the ballot. And the polls are accurate when he’s not.
