Was two seasons ago mike breys peak? I think the year shows us that he's an above average coach who just can't get the right athletes here. He's a great coach but he can't recruit. Time to move on. My two cents is we go after ingelsby he's a winner. Breys had 18 years, he can't get it down its time to move on.
And this entire board will be celebrating minus your sorry ass.
You have to remember he inherited a mediocre team with a mediocre program. We'll never make the final 4 given our inability to attract the black athlete/future NBA talent.
I'm joyful if we make the Sweet 16, which mediocre Mike has made 3 out of 16 years, which is mediocre to say the least.

Medical Marijuana isn't officially legal yet in Ohio, so I'm not sure what you're smoking. The current recruiting class is ranked #3 with 3 top 100 recruits according to 24/7. ND was in the finals in ACC again this past year. They recently won an ACC championship in 2015, the first time ND has ever won a conference tournament. Missed the NCAA tournament a total 6 times since 2001. Prior to that, ND's last trip to the big dance was in 1990. Brey has turned the basketball program around. Back to back elite 8s in 15&16 and one year missed and you think it's time to throw in the towel. Just laughable. My question for you, who do you think out there is better and would be willing to coach at ND?

He has had three good seasons in a row, two elite 8s and then into the round of 32, and you are seeking a new coach. He is on the verge of owning the all time ND win record.
I think he has done it with lesser talent because of facilities and admission challenges. Look at recruiting after the new practice facility was announced. Harvey, Hubb, Durham, Carmody, and Goodwin were his last 5. I think we will get another good one in this class.
Brey will stay at ND as long as his health allows.
