The Ohio and PA players of the year.
If both are not ready to go, I think the lineup will look like this:
The projected starters:
Durham
Mooney
Pflueger
Carmody
Gibbs
I think Carmody is a little more advanced in terms of strength/body. I think he's also better attacking the basket off the dribble at this point. I think Goodwin is the better shooter.
If Harvey is ready to go, then I think he will start and neither freshman will start. I think if Hubb had not gotten injured, he would've stepped into the role as starting PG and Gibbs would've moved off the ball.
The uncertainty around Harvey and Hubb gives Carmody and Goodwin some real opportunity. Carmody is a scorer with good athleticism. He has some nice hops. He can score from anywhere and attacks the basket aggressive,y. I think Goodwin is a sharpshooter like Matt Ryan except that he is more mobile.
If they play a lot, hopefully Durham is ready to be the enforcer down low. I think they both need some seasoning on defense.
Harvey proved to be a great rebounder last year. I fully expected his offense to greatly improve this year. The questions around his ability to fully recover from his injury are really discouraging. He was a great 6'7 3 and sometimes 4. I think it is the same injury that Chris Thomas had. The earliest return for him is January I read. That really blows but therein lies Carmody and Goodwin's chance this year.

Could not play in the Capital Classic a month ago. I've read speculation that he will not be ready to go in the Fall. I've also read speculation that DJ Harvey may have to redshirt. Those would be killers. I expected Hubb to be the freshman who would step into the most minutes right off the bat.
