Basically there are no more screens away from the ball. Five one-on-one games. Pass the ball around the perimeter hoping for a good look at a 3. Seems this type of offense relies on skilled shooters and athletes, not movement or intelligent play, to score.
Went to the ULM/Georgia Southern game tonight. Both teams featured screens away from the ball. Both teams did not score as easily as ND does.
Of course, ND has much better players. But these teams were roughly equal and D1 players. So maybe Brey has it figured out.
