As it is now the whole program is beaten, scruffy and frustrating. Needs rebuilding top to bottom.

It looks done. Hope the next coach is a Marcus Freeman type of guy who goes 100% into recruiting.

Sadly, I don’t think the talent level has been enough to compete at a high level.

Need some talented guys to pair with our “try hard” guys

Would love to get a top recruiter

I’m okay with no HC experience. I think a lot of college bball is about getting the talent.

You can hire a former coach to sit next to you, like Juwan Howard hired Phil Martelli. Show you the ropes.

Get a guy who can bring in talent.

He's not a good head coach, even leaving aside the trashy behavior during and after games. Martelli, who was about to be fired at St. Joe's, hasn't been able to rescue him.
