Very raw offensively, but is physical and fairly athletic. Would help on the boards. Strong frame and a weirdly good handle for someone built like that. Given where he's at physically, I wouldn't be surprised to see him receive a lot of minutes, including over Carey Booth. Julian Roper will also be physically ready to go from the outset. I think he will be a lock to be a starter from day one.
My guess on the initial starting lineup:

Grad transfer PG (If he can't land a transfer, then Braeden Shrewsberry. I think Burton will still be too skinny.)

Zona
Really need both JR and Zona to step up scoring. It's been evident since high school that Zona has a nice touch from the arc. He can pull opposing 5s away from the basket and open things up. Also has a nice jump hook and footwork as he settles down. I'm not saying he will develop like Jack Cooley, but he will surprise a lot of people, as he did at the end of last season. He can be a 9-6 guy for the Irish.
