I worry about loss of recruits for next year. Next year's recruiting class came because of the coach. If the coach is not perceived as improving the program???
No movement; five players standing around the perimeter. One player tries to create something out of nothing and often turns the ball over, sometimes to a phantom defender.
Defense has shown decent effort, Shrews appears to be more defense-minded.
Maybe we can bring in an offensive oriented assistant?
Not sure what the answer it, but I honestly thought Micah would be much more productive than what we've seen.

His 5 Out offense is not suited for the personnel he has.
Turnovers and lousy shooting are proof of that.
It is a concern that he will lose recruits and portal transfers if he doesn’t adjust.
Brey left the cupboard bare. Savvy Jack shares equal blame.
do not contribute offensively. May not make 10 wins now.
Especially with Pitino available

He’ll give Shrews a 3 year window, but he’s got to see progress by year 3. He’s not going to stand for the current situation.
I surely do but its time to abandon that "holier than now" attitude and move on, such as Catholic schools Iona and St John's have done. Its time to start winning games such as Iona,64-22,and the Johnnie's 13-7 have done, otherwise shut down program. As far as I know, he's a married man with grown children, very successful in life, he would have brought this program back.
And the Hallmark of a Catholic u is forgiveness
I don't know why we think we're better than them. But they've moved on to 2024.
Your posts are repetitive and monotonous. Pitino wouldn't have done any better with this team. St John's is 13-7, 5-4 in conference. You think that is a great record? He took over a team with six grad students and has a lot of experience. Shrewsberry took over a team with two returning players one of which is barely serviceable. At any point in time in a game ND has three freshmen on the floor. John Wooden wouldn't have a winning record with them. I don't know whether or not Shrewsberry will be successful or not but you surely can't judge him based on this year.
