Before the season, Shrews said that Nikita was the best rebounder in the country. To most, that
seems crazy, but if received 30 minutes a game, he probably could have been at 11 boards a game. He can't jump, but he has a big rump, a good base, he boxes out every time, and can read the spin on the basketball. Given how limited a player Njie is, I wish he had been given consistent minutes and starts from the outset. He's a big reason the team has kind of gotten hot at the end of the season. He'll probably make money playing overseas for a few years.

He even jumps better than you think. He has controlled the jump ball the two times I have seen him
in on it. Too bad he is done after this year.
