Even with the video evidence, the Goons that beat the crap out of this kid also got off.
BTW, they also falsely charged him with "resisting arrest" and "assaulting an officer" as a CYA tactic. Conspired to wreck his life. Not one of those cops on the scene filed an accurate report. You can be sure that Knepper's pals also lied out the wazoo if required to obscure his criminal behavior.
In this day and age, bet on the Security State and never trust a cop...

Bring your point around, not just your police state agenda. Nobody argues that there are not bad cops doing bad things. But, to date, there isn't any evidence of that in this case. Instead you show an inflammatory video that has no relevance to the issue at hand.

Standard M.O. for a Goon Cop. Does a total beat down on someone and then CYA by filing false felony charges against his victim for "resisting arrest" and "assaulting an officer". And OBTW, his on-scene pals, (the supposedly "Good Cops") will sign off on the bogus report. Because protecting the Goon culture is worth wrecking an innocent person's life by saddling him with thousands in legal fees along with prison time.
P.S. Goon Brain is now suffused throughout law enforcement
P.P.S. the fortuitous video capture of Goon assault is our only defense...

Whoever had the gun will face a harsh punishment. It's doubtful that player will suit up this year.
The political climate has changed greatly since Kyle Mcalarney's suspension ten years ago, I'm regards to marijuana. From what I'm being told, a suspension of a few games looks likely.
Firearm is a different case, but as of now, they are all misdemeanor charges.
Luckily for him, abject stupidity and drunken actions are not a felony, so hopefully the prosecutor will only charge misdemeaners as was the case with Reese. At least that way he has a chance to stay in school and get a degree.
