(CBS) Notre Dame football coach Brian Kelly should know that his stated intent to act out more on the sideline has raised eyebrows among those above him who would prefer that he carry himself more maturely.
Notre Dame sources have told 670 The Score that some university officials have long been embarrassed by Kellys purple-faced ranting at his players, assistants and officials, considering it unbecoming of the position and creating bad optics for the program and the school. Now theyre

How long did it take him to put this in-depth, substantiated piece of journalism together? Click bait drivel.

David Haugh is on his show with regularity.
I know a couple of guys who used to work on his show. This is their typical (Boers and Berstein) M.O. They pretend to be "in the know" and are wrong with their suppositions as often as they are right. And whenever a caller gets on them for their doubletalk, they go into attack and denial mode. Generally all they repeat is well know gossip.
His "ND sources" could be anybody and given our 40 plus number of trustees, it wouldn't be surprising that this is a planted story by someone with an agenda. I doubt he knows anyone of substance and it is likely "a friend of a relative who knows this guy...' stuff. If you read what he wrote it is nothing more than hasn't already been suggested by many here or at other sites. It is hardly new stuff. Actually certain folks being unhappy with his demeanor was raised two or more years ago. Another of our "sister" sites that we all rant about has called Kelly 'Purple-face" for at least 2 years so it looks like he reads NDNation.
He also has no "inside" sources of any stature at ND. Another example of an agitating hater in the press corp attempting to make waves.
