He did the best he could, with what he had... Looking forward to Wimbush operating out in space and running the read option... Excited for our TE...Long has the playmakers...We beat Temple and our season will turn on how our defense handles the Georgia run game...their QB can be rattled...Elko let Hayes loose on those bulldogs and send a message to the SEC that we are legit... Can't wait...
I like the energy and attitude. Irish gonna rock 2017.

I kinda feel he gotta a good deal. As a late 2nd rounder there won't be huge pressure to produce right away.
But he's still on Cleveland and there is no QB to beat him out, so he'll be the savior. He really needed to be on a team where he could sit and learn and work on his mechanics for a year or two. I really hoped he'd go to Pittsburgh or Arizona. Good pick for Cleveland, who are having a surprising good draft.
Cleveland has 3 other QB's beside Kizer. My hope is that Kizer sits this year and learns their system and then next year he competes for the starting job. Cleveland might trade one of the other QB's this year and make Kizer the 3rd QB. By next year the Browns might be pretty good on defense and in next years draft get some more help on offense. I wish he would have gone to a team that had an older QB that could mentor him, but I just hope he sits for a year and learns the offense and works on his weaknesses and the Browns show some improvement this year and if and when Kizer does start down the road they have a defense and some offensive weapons. I would love to see Kizer do well with the Browns for a few years and then become a free agent and go to a good team, but who knows maybe Cleveland will be really good in a few years (wishful thinking).
