Miami OH seems a likely high confidence win, but the others all seem like toss-up at this point.

I'm just confidantly optimistic that we shall improve this year

Temple will be springboard to another great year, people forget how good we were in 2015 because of the injuries and inexperienced team last year. This year may be better than 2015.... biggest concern will be our injuries/ health..... toughest games will be USC, Stanford, Georgia, Miami and maybe North Carolina/ NC State
This year we should roll Miami Ohio, Navy and WF...... and if we play well MSU, and BC
Without injuries a 10-2 season is probable and with a little luck a potential 11-1 season and berth in the playoffs likely.
We're talented and have experience, Does this board realize the running backs, offensive line and wide receivers we have? Not to mention the linebackers? It's gonna be a special year, enjoy the ride!
they will be undefeated at the time too. We will win a tight game and everyone will think that we are about to get blown out by Georgia. We will rise and beat Georgia. After that I speak with hope rather than real confidence. We will then take one game at a time and win them all, but if we lose one, still make the playoffs. Same time situation as 2012 with Golson as QB. We need to play to our maximum potential and get a little lucky. Will Winbush grow more than Golson did? Current defense probably weaker than 2012 but our offense is probably stronger.
There were far more impactful injuries inf 2015 than in 2016. Notre Dame was just a really bad team last year.
People also tend to forget about all the new pieces all falling into place this year.
- 1st year starting QB
- New OC and offensive system
- New DC and defensive system
- New STC
- New S&C coach
- Potentially 3 new starting DL - Bonner, D Hayes, and J Hayes
- Potentially 3 new starters in the secondary - Coleman, Watkins (1 career start), and Elliot
That's A LOT of new parts. Temple won a lot more games than Notre Dame last year. That game won't be the blowout some think/hope it will be.
Once we lost him, the secondary's questionable situation turned into a nightmare.
Unproven QB, and a lousy defense will make this a challenge
O/U at 7.5 seems about right and possibly slightly optimistic.....
Of course you admitted (5) games will be tough wins so perhaps not as optimistic as I thought you were
Let's continue to blame it on injuries though if the losses start to pile up; that always makes us feel a bit better right?

Then came the MSU, Duke, NC State, Navy, and VT losses.
