Evidently the demands of fundraising doomed the team last year. If Kelly wasn't burdened with this, who knows what the team could have done. And all along I thought that shit play calling, retaining a useless defensive coordinator and having a QB fiasco to start the season were a few of the reasons for a 4-8 campaign.
"After its coach had to spend too much time, he now reveals to Bleacher Report, fundraising for a football-only facility and not enough making sure he had a firm grasp of his team's physical and mental focus. When asked how that impacted 2016, Kelly says bluntly, "It f--ked up last year's team."

what doomed the team. For the Kelly antagonists this article should be fuel to the fire because what I read was that Kelly thinks he spread himself to thin and didn't focus on what was most important, the team. Subsequently as the reasoning goes, if it is in fact Kelly's sentiment, the team would have been much better if he had dedicated all his time to it.
booter and when I called back the line was busy??
At least he admit's it......... long term contract are an incentive killer without a doubt
