Wimbush looked good with passes, Williams and Claypool got PT, D came up with turnovers, lots of young guys were playing, the kids fought for about 56 minutes until they went into the soft d. Anyone that disagrees is just knit-picking if they want to complain after tonight. I'm not implying they are a Top 5 team, but it was a good performance.

I assume they expected MSU to come out stacked to stop the run, and they designed their plan to exploit that. I thought it was a great plan and was hoping Long would try it. It was executed very well by Wimbush.
As a bonus, maybe the talking heads will quiet the chatter somewhat
