I would bet Alabama-Georgia this weekend will top them all.
And things of that nature.
The networks may be getting a few individual high rating games, but overall, the numbers are almost assuredly down.
You might be surprised at the lack of interest outside of SEC territory in Bama and Ga. People are bored with Bama with them winning all the time.
I tried to watch the LSU game. LSU Has zero offense. Turned it off.
I tried to watch the Ms ST game. Ms. ST Has zero offense. Turned it off.
I am going to watch the SEC Championship, I will not be surprised to see UGA win or a very close game. Bama has played no one.
OSU is essentially an SEC team getting a pass by playing in the Big 10.
You are talking, as usual, straight out of your ass.
Legacy High School, Texas, new football stadium = $70 million. Allen High School, Texas, new football stadium, $60 million. Assorted other Texas high school stadiums between $40-50 million. Since you've spent time in IN, OH and MI, please tell us how much their high schools spend on high school football stadiums that are empty 98% of the year. TIA....
That there’s nothing else to do in the south....
Plus if you live in ATL you don’t consider Texas the south
I guess El Paso is the new south?

And....they play more than 4 away games
And....they haven't played teams from the FCS group
etc. etc.
Unless you mean that because they actually compete for national titles, they are SEC culturally. But, then, so is Clemson and any other team that happens to do so. Which I guess can be said.

I think that is the argument anyway.

We’re not talking about obsessed fan bases. We are talking about the institutions themselves.

Looks like OSU and Alabama have a lot of fans
you know...... like us.
They are both enormous schools with a very large alumni following...what they lack for in subway alumni they more than make up for with actual alumni
