but for ESPN to suggest moving them to 3 above an undefeated team would be done only for 2 reasons: to avoid the rematch in the semifinal and hope for it in the title game. I know that is obivous but it is amazing to me that the ESPN talking heads don't realize how transparent it is.
Herby tried to justify the Georgia beatdown at LSU by stating that most teams lose at LSU. Might want to tell that to Troy who beat them at home last year. Or Florida in 2016. Or Arkansas in 2015. I guess by that logic, most teams lose @ Ohio State, so lets bring Michigan back into the discussion.

against BamA ...please, lets give someone lese a chance to beat the TIDE..
I always thought Herbie had a clue. But now he’s just stupid. To watch Georgia lose again. 3 times. Stupid idea. It’s disappointing to see him be stupid

Dumbest logic ever ... then why even play a season. Putting GA in would be so disrespectful to the notion that every game matters in college football.
And in some ways I think it may galvanize the rest of the conferences and ND into making changes to the playoff structure/selection. There is just no justification for moving a team with a loss up a spot after another loss, even if it is to #1 and even if it was an exciting game.
