It's kind of funny, because it is probably the area in which ND has recruited best in recent years. There appears to be talent there. I mentioned this on the board the other day: when ND was included as a finalist for the Joe Moore Award this year, it came with the comment that ND's OL was technically very sound, and was close to putting it all together. I don't know if that is just BS or not. But my hope is that ND is "close," and the problem this season was just a matter of replacing the three best OLs from last season and some nagging injuries. So that maybe a month of practice helps get them over the hump. We'll see.
than we had hoped. Next year is probably the time they will gel or else Quinn should be on a short leash. In any event, I don't want to see Book running for his life against Clemson or it will be a tough day.
