for so many injuries during college. Many of his teams seemed to share similar injuries, a lot of hamstring and leg injuries. Anyone close to the program have any knowledge as to what led to those? I believe they were Longo related, but I never read much about the workouts he prescribed.
I do know ND has one of the most technology advanced work out facility/program out there. This video does a good job showing all they've done.
