There is another thread that talked about IMG in much more depth. A couple points:
-A good number of students are paying the listed tuition. The household income of one of them that was in a newpaper was over 200K/year
-They use a military model resulting in very structured days. Looks like what they do is to replace the "military training" activities with periods of training, etc devoted to the various sports (there aren't many) that they "teach."
-As someone noted many students only do a year or two.
-Pretty clearly they "recruit" particularly top prospects who could not afford them without "help" - if these pan out whatever that help entails is a high ROI as noted above
