No question Rees has always had good football smarts.
It’s earlier in his coaching career, but I honestly think he is going to be a good/great head coach one day.
Remember how getting everything wrong, all the time, never seems to prompt anyone to say, "Hey, you haven't been right ever. Why are we listening to you?"
Why do you think that is?

falling all over themselves for the big arm, fast running QB when the other answer is right there in front of them. Good call on Book by especially you on which I agreed. Talent helps but it does not make a football player especially a QB. An understanding of the position is what makes the QB, combined with some talent. OR a Deshaun Watson who has it all.
