Hey Guys, If you have an Android or Apple Smart Watch I've made a few Play-Off Watch Faces.
Just download the Facer App and search for bwnotredame06. I have several.
The app is free and all my watches are free. If you want something different, or something new let me know.
You'll see some that I've made for other friend and their teams. And I just started this so I will get better. Also I have no way of testing Apple Watches, so if there is an issue let me know, so that I can fix it. Enjoy and Go Irish.

Hence the Reason they are Free.
But you can go report it, if it bothers you.
You can't fix the trademark infringement by giving it away free.
But I'm not going to rat you out.
Well hell, there weren't many choices, I decided to make some for free, for the people. And this was the first place that any Notre Dame fans had a stick up their butt and complained about it (Not You). But I did look into it and found this -
You can use the college name or team name for your personal use for cheering your team up. But when it comes to selling a Trademarked Logo, that becomes a copyright issue.
So, You need to take some special permission from the concerned college, institute, organization or league. Just visit their office or website and check whether they allow commercial printing of their logo.
Many of the sports leagues, teams and colleges allow such third party printing at a one time or annual fees. So, you take the license before you even think of making and selling such any products.
And to take it 1 step further, I contacted and made a request to the Notre Dame Licensing Department, and told them my intentions and asked for their permission, if it did not violate their standards.
But thanks Mark for not ratting me out.

Doesn't matter though. If ND says its ok, it is ok. If they don't, it isn't. Would like to hear what their answer is. I'm betting they say no, but perhaps they are more enlightened.
If they wanted to encourage fans, they could give a revocable permit (perhaps for a small fee) as a goodwill gesture for the fanbase...with the right to stop you if you start generating product they don't like. But, knowing what I know about them (and about humans in general who are likely busy in their jobs), I will be surprised if they do that. You are probably not worth their time, so they may just say no so they don't have to put up with the nuisance of sending you an agreement. I suppose they could make a scripted oral agreement (perhaps recorded on skype), and just have it apply to only those products you submit as a sample, and limit your volume, above which you would unauthorized without a written agreement...or something like that. But I'm guessing not.

Free doesnβt matter that muchβespecially if it in anyway provides a βfreeβ alternative to something they could squeeze $$$ from.
I have now requested permission from them, so i'll wait and see. Go Irish.
Some years ago, a group of friends formed a ND Subway Alumni club. They would meet weekly during the season (Tuesday nights at a local restaurant) and discuss the previous and upcoming games. There were no dues, they didn't sell anything, it was just a bunch of guys who loved ND, especially the football team.
Then, the unthinkable: they made up business cards with their names on it, Had ND logo, club name, and their own name - with their "title" (which were all somewhat humorous, such as president for life, athletics supporter, etc)
Somehow, ND got wind of it - and issued a cease & desist letter. Group forced to disband. End of story.
