Bullshit! No team is at their best at this point in the season. We would love to have Shawn Crawford and Alex Bars available and they didn't try to get away with cheating, they were injured

significant with a quick release QB like Book is the stat about hurries and pass misfires.
Clemson’s back up is excellent, and running against them is still going to be difficult. But losing a 340+ Lb, top10 draft pick means that Book will not face the same pressure coming from up the middle that collapses the pocket sooner, doesn’t let him find a receiver, and funnels him laterally into their other star DL’s coming from the edges.
Losing Lawrence means that Book will have the half second to a second longer to find the receiver and pick on Clemson’s back 7. If I were Quinn, I wouldn’t change my game plan at all.....this development just means that the passing game has a better chance to succeed.
PS - no cheaters should be allowed to play. I do think the finding of 3 positives from 3 players in different position groups for a banned steroid warrants more random screening of the entire team over the ne t few years as well as a careful eval by the NCAA of their strength and conditioning coaches. I would not trust any self evaluation by a program in this setting. I do feel sorry for their fans who will naturally grasp at the unlikely exculpatory explanations which in this case are really almost nonexistent.
