At least 2012 blowout felt program in Kelly’s third year was in upswing and we would be back soon and better. Now don’t believe that.
in the 2nd half, I spent half the time watching Castaway and the other half playing with my niece and nephew and talking with my brother's neighbors when the game was back. I surely wanted ND to win, but I was over the game and its foregone conclusion in about 15 minutes after the first half ended(essentially half time). Hell many times in the 2nd half I was laughing at the ridiculous play because it just felt like I should've expected it to end this way. Then again, there was also many floss dance offs as well, so maybe I just enjoyed that more than the game itself.

They are loaded. It will be hard to beat them, unless they come down, or we go up. They get 5 star players.
where we could have not committed dumb penalties, caught the ball and had one of the overturns go our way, we could have beaten them. We were stronger physically in the first quarter.
Love you TC.... you never give up despite how dumb it looks
Wait till you see how far we drop
if you watched all of the shitshows for the last 25 years, I am willing to be nearly all of them had a similar theme in the postmortem analysis. I, and I am willing to bet virtually everyone on this board, is tired of saying to themselves...if we had just caught the ball, or had one of those questionable reviews upheld, or not overturned, or if we hadn't committed dumb penalties, maybe, just maybe we win.
As a fan base, at some point the excuses must end, even for coaches that have had two teams go 12-0 in the regular season. However, I do not think this is just a Brian Kelly coaching issue. I believe the coach, the players, the university, the athletic department, and even the fans have some blame in this continuing theme of shitshows. But what I am more surprised is why anyone on this board is all that surprised at the outcome of this game. I guess it should be expected that a fan base has hope that their team can win against large odds, but at some point doesn't reality catch up to fantasy?
