Never lived up to the hype, but not really his fault that recruiting services and ND media (particularly Tim O'Malley) were off on their evaluations.
big play in the final drive against Temple his freshman year that helped bail out Kizer from his two turnovers in the red zone that game. He dropped the short, key ones many times though including against Georgia in our close game with them. He is athletic but you must catch the ball or at least be a better blocker. He will probably catch on with a pro team and catch about 3 passes a year.
it hasn't blossomed yet..I still wouldn't count him out, he's talented, and was better last yr
