Not really but we need to play these perceived “powerhouses” to get to the current CF Championship.

I’d rather play a UCF and wax them since they believe they belong with their shit league.
who was easily the best team in 1997/1998. As Jarious Jackson proved the next year, they couldnt handle the option or a mobile, athletic QB. And nobody ran the option better than Nebraska back then.
UM won their one and only only co championship in the past 75 years by beating a team led by QB disaster Ryan Leaf.
I think that this justifies UM in it’s right to appeal that their perfect choking record is actually still intact.
anymore.
Michigan is a fraud. 1/2 national title in the last 60 years. They simply are no longer relevant. They need us FAR more than we need them. Let's look elsewhere.
USC - annual
Navy - annual
Purdue/Sparty - alternate
Oklahoma/Texas - alternate
Stanford/Washington - alternate
5 ACC games
2 cupcakes/Shamwow Series
They will not alternate Stanford and Washington. The reason for scheduling both Stanford and USC every year is that we can play one of them at home during the season and the other is played at their field as the last game. This is done for recruiting (playing in California every year for exposure and ending the season there so that the staff can stay longer and continue to recruit).
USC, Stanford, and Navy will remain on the schedule every year.

ND-UM is college football, they mean so much to the sport; they should play every yr..and the games are classics, at least most of them..
It makes sense geographically and it draws in casual onlookers but it's not something that should happen every year.
