This is the brainchild of producer Rob Hyland. He claims it will put viewers closer to the action.
This clown is overlooking several things:
- The camera may be closer, but the action - at least to me - actually looks farther away.
- And the farther away you get from the camera is focusing on, the more disproportionately smaller the players get. In other words, a highly distorted picture.
- When you go go a game, you sit in one spot. Having a moving camera is dizzying...mentally if not physically.
This is a classic case of fixing something that isn't broke. And it's also a classic case of some pseudo-intellectual egotistically wanting to make his mark with his pet invention when there is almost zero demand for it.

I'm thinking of starting a petition. Why not?
After next weekend their might not be any reason to watch ND for the rest of the season.
Some of us will still want to watch ND not matter what happens at UGA.
You can this bullshit to:
-Fake plastic grass
-No longer painting the helmets on Friday night
-Stupid smoke thing coming out of the tunnel (trying to be like Miami)
-Adding more & more cupcakes to the schedule
The powers that be are just dying, just DYING, to add advertisements to the field/ sell naming rights of the stadium to the highest bidder.
